It causes the DRS cluster to unbalance. The interviewer expectation is that you will highlight why DRS failed to balance a cluster and describe some reasons.

Whoever is asking will be impressed if you also mention... If I create rules that say these VMs cannot be next to each other on the same host, VMware will not let me move them to the same host. So it’s a rather simple fix, I could just add more hosts so the VM can go somewhere else, or disable the rule. If I'm running Fully Automated clusters, I don’t expect to manually run DRS and see much activity. I really should see nothing as VMware is doing it for you. See ITSA image.
